Wietse Grandia has been active in the real estate industry for 10 years now. He is a certified Register Broker and NVM buyer’s agent. After gaining work experience at companies like L’Oréal and IBM, Wietse quickly transitioned into the real estate sector.

Since then, he has gained a tremendous amount of experience in the dynamic Utrecht housing market. Due to his numerous purchases, he has become one of the most experienced buyer’s agents currently in Utrecht. Do you have a housing market-related question about Utrecht? Ask Wietse. He knows.

In addition to his work, Wietse also lives in Utrecht. After living in the Vogelenbuurt, he now resides with his partner Emma, son Willem, and daughter Pien in Tuindorp. Menno Grandia

Buyer’s agent Menno Grandia is a driven buyer’s agent with a tremendous amount of experience. Menno is the founder and owner of Grandia Buyer’s Agents.

Menno has been working in real estate for 20 years and initially worked for years as a buyer’s agent, selling agent, and appraiser. Over time, Menno specialized as a buyer’s agent in Utrecht. He is the first and still the only NVM broker who is 100% a buyer’s agent in Utrecht. He doesn’t appraise and he doesn’t sell. This focus is important and provides the flexibility you need as a buyer’s agent. This is where the difference is made with the competition.

At Grandia Buyer’s Agents, Menno uses his experience to tackle difficult questions and he is also a specialist in the luxury and rural segment in the Utrecht/central Netherlands region. He also has a lot of experience with renovations and building houses, and he is happy to think along with you when buying a fixer-upper or a plot.

Kirsten van den Ham

Front Office

Kirsten was born and raised in the Utrecht area. She has been coming to the city for as long as she can remember and knows it inside and out! Kirsten has been living in the Wittevrouwen district for some time now, overlooking the beautiful Griftpark. So, she also bikes to work.

After her Pedagogy studies and a minor in sports psychology, it turned out that this field was not really meant for Kirsten. She missed the dynamics.

This led her to decide to switch to the real estate sector. A move she hasn’t regretted for a second! Kirsten initially started at a real estate agency in Wittevrouwen and got to know all aspects of the broker profession there.

In early 2021, she decided to make the switch to Grandia Buyer’s Agents. The enthusiastic team and the dynamic world of purchasing are reasons she happily comes to the office every day.

With all the experience she has gained, Kirsten has grown into a full-fledged conversation partner for our existing and new clients.
